CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. — Led by Marcus Domask’s 24 points, the Southern Illinois Salukis defeated the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks 70-68 on Wednesday night. The Salukis are now 9-4 on the season, while the Redhawks fell to 5-8.
