Summer starts cooler than normal

Frosty this morning especially in the countryside, with lows around 32-35. This is the latest frost we've seen here since 2018 just ahead of the summer solstice. (8:58am this morning)

Today will be warming slightly, but temperatures will still be below average, normally 77-78. High today 65-70. 
Grazed by a quick shower for mountains with passing moisture but not much of a chance, just ridging to delay our warm up.  Tomorrow will start cold again, possible frost, and 30's, then into the 70's and even upper 70's in the valley, ahead of storm chances for later and a slight cool down.
