- WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 8
inches in the valleys , 1 to 2 feet for Island Park and Big
Holes, and up to 3 feet above pass level. Winds gusting as high
as 60 mph, wind peaking later Thursday and throughout the day
Friday. - WHERE…Big Hole Mountains, Teton Valley, Centennial Mountains,
Island Park, Beaverhead and Lemhi Highlands. This includes
Victor, Ashton, Tetonia, Driggs, Pine Creek Pass, Island Park,
Monida Pass, Targhee Pass, Raynolds Pass, Kilgore, Dubois,
Spencer, and Small. - WHEN…From 11 AM Thursday to 11 PM MST Saturday.
- IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility, even before the bulk
