Tracking clouds and isolated storms and wet weekend weather

Increasing clouds and cooler temps headed toward the weekend today. Low pressure from the south will invade western Wyoming and bring backlash showers and storms into the mix for later today and into Saturday and Sunday. Highs drop into the upper 70s today, and are still above averages of 71 for this time of the year. Wet weather is here for latter tonight and continuing tomorrow. Looks like rain totoals could be decent .5 to 1" in portions of the northern highlands. It does get cooler too with highs down about 20 degrees from yesterday by Saturday. You can expect mid to upper 60s and upper 30's to low 40's over night. A slow ride back to the 70s and 80s next week will make things more pleasant into the beginning of June.
