Tracking sun and warmer temps

Sunshine under high pressure today with light winds and we continue to watch the hot weather building up with fire watch advisories. Low humidity and hot temps play a part in this. High today in the 80 degree range with light winds. Tomorrow gets even hotter as the high stays put and we wait for a cold front by week's end to cool us off, if only for a day. We change the wind direction with the exit of high pressure for a day with an area of low pressure dropping our temps by 3-5 degrees for Wednesday, but that drop is short-lived with more warming conditions for the Thursday and Friday afternoons, once again mid to upper 80s to around 90+ degrees for lower valley towns and love cul-de-sacs. We will have above average temperatures consistently this week with highs flirting with 90 tomorrow and 80's all week for the next 8 days.

No rain of any measurable status with possible wind advisory tomorrow with a push of low pressure for Wednesday. 20-35mph Tuesday afternoon.
