Scattered rain and thunderstorms for Thursday and Friday

We’re tracking an area of low pressure moving into the region. For Wednesday night, there is a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy with a low temperature in the lower 50’s.

For Thursday, there will be scattered rain and thunderstorms. High temperatures will reach the mid to upper 70’s. Winds could be gusty from passing thunderstorms.

Showers will continue off and on through Thursday night. Possible late-night thunderstorms, with gusty winds. The chance of precipitation is 80%.

For Friday, look for a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a high near 72°. Winds from the southwest around 10-15 mph. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. The chance of precipitation is 60%.

There is a slight chance of showers for Saturday, under partly cloudy skies. High temperatures will reach the upper 60’s for the Snake River Plain.
