Tracking more warmth through Friday with a cold front to give us fall vibes Saturday for Oktoberfest

No excuses - you should be enjoying the weather. High pressure with southerly flow aloft is gonna keep up us mostly sunny with highs peaking toward the upper 70's and near 80 into Friday.  We start in the 40's, so jacket this morning and sunglasses this afternoon with some a/c.  Warming up for the rest of the week, then a cold front shows up Friday late to cool us down, with not much moisture and it'll fee like fall for Oktoberfest.  Be there downtown with a jacket or hoodie and some breezy conditions.  WE immediately are back tot he 70's Sunday before another front with a little more chance of sparking a shower of storm shows up into the first part of the week.  But we are having some great weather into the days ahead.  This is the second full day of autumn and things look good for leaf peeping in the Palisades and high mountains with the most extreme colors on the ride from ID to WY and hiking.    The transition from summer to fall continues with wobblying temperatures into next week with mainly dry days and chilly nights.
