Idaho Falls holds off Century for 21-14 win

KIFI

POCATELLO, Idaho (KIFI) — The Idaho Falls Tigers picked up a 21-14 road win over the Century Diamondbacks Friday night.

Century quarterback Justus Mangum nearly gave the Diamondbacks an early touchdown with a long run, but the score was called back because of a holding penalty.

Idaho Falls took advantage, with quarterback Will Thompson connecting with Griffin Pearson on a big gain before finding him again for a touchdown to put the Tigers up 7-0.

The Tigers would go on to secure the seven-point victory.

Idaho Falls will close out its regular season on the road against Bonneville next Friday, October 23.

Meanwhile, Century will travel to face Pocatello that same night.
