3 car accident closes part of Hitt Road

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI/KIDK) - UPDATE: Nov. 16, 2019, 6:30 p.m. -  Three cars were involved in an accident on Hitt Road (25th East) and south of 17th Street blocking traffic for a few hours Saturday evening. 

Idaho Falls police said only minor injuries were sustained by drivers and passengers. 

Police also said they suspect that alcohol was a factor in the accident.

They are responding to an accident involving multiple cars.
