Bowl-ero Forecloses

A local business is going through some big ownership changes.

Bowl-ero, the bowling alley on 1st Street in Idaho Falls, went up for auction Wednesday.

Employees said the former owner, based out of Utah, couldn’t keep up with mortgage payments.

Alliance Title reports no one showed up to bid on the property, so it is now owned by the beneficiary. That beneficiary is a Nevada financial company called Stonefield Inc.

Stonefield can either choose to auction the property off or manage the bowling alley themselves.

Bowl-ero employed 21 people. The business closed last Sunday.
