Hotel showdown leads to man’s arrest
An Eagle, Colo., man has a black eye and faces three counts of misdemeanor battery after an incident at the Clarion Inn on Friday night.
Pocatello Police Lt. Paul Manning said officers were called to the Clarion Inn at 8:20 p.m. He said children had complained to their parents that a man was inappropriately touching them. When their parents asked Daniel Semour Misner, 46, to stop, he became belligerent and challenged the parents to fight him, Manning said.
Misner was taken to the hospital after he was punched in the face and knocked to the ground. He was later arrested at the hospital on the misdemeanor charges.
