Portneuf Medical Campus to be sold online
The former Portneuf Medical Campus next to Idaho State University will be sold in an online auction June 26. The property was previously listed for sale at $15 million.
LHP Hospital Group retained CBRE Auction Services to manage the sale of the property, which includes a nearly 183,000-square foot former hospital and a 103,000-square foot medical office building.It also includes a seven-story parking structure.
The online auction will require a minimum bid of $3.5 million and an initial earnest money deposit of $150,000.
