Ammon man arrested in Idaho Falls rape
After several months of investigation, Idaho Falls police arrested 34-year-old Augustine Garnica Perez of Ammon on rape charges Thursday.
According to police, the arrest warrant was requested by Idaho Falls detectives in November of last year in connection with the Nov. 24 rape of a 33-year-old woman.
The warrant was served by the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office.
No further details were available.
