Chukars wrap up series with Billings

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - The Idaho Falls Chukars suffered their first loss of the young season to Billings 14-12 to open a double header on Monday. Webb Little went 4-4 with 4 RBI for the Chukars. Andrew Don added a three run home run.

The Chukars bounced back in game two of the double header with a 10-2 victory. Ricardo Sanchez knocked in three runs to lead the charge. With the split on Monday, Idaho Falls won the series 2-1 over Billings.

After a day off on Tuesday, the Chukars will begin a three game series in Missoula on Wednesday. Idaho Falls will return to Melaleuca Field Saturday to begin a nine-game home stand.
