Warming highs, breezy, cooler on Sunday

Temperatures will continue to rise for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, thanks to high pressure to the south over the Four Corners. There will be a few thunderstorms moving up from the south for this weekend, with gusty winds on Saturday. Breezy conditions tonight with lows into the mid to upper 50's. A cold front works into the region Saturday, with dropping temperatures into Sunday.

THURSDAY: Partly cloudy with highs into the upper 80's and lower 90's. Southwest winds 10-15 MPH, with gusts up to 25 MPH.

FRIDAY: Mostly sunny with highs into the mid 90's.

SATURDAY: Mostly sunny with highs into the mid 90's, gusty winds at 15-35 MPH, with a slight risk of thunderstorms.

SUNDAY: Cooler and partly cloudy with highs into the upper 70's to the lower 80's.
