Malad man arrested for sexual battery of a minor
The Oneida County Sheriff’s office has arrested 47-year-old Mike Bercier of Malad for sexual battery of a minor.
The Sheriff’s office says Bercier is being charged with one count of sexual battery of a minor 16 or 17 years of age. Bercier is currently being held in the Bannock County Jail on a $30,000 bail bond.
