Museum brings out more timeless pieces
The Museum of Rexburg is undergoing some spring cleaning, the museum closed back in January for preparations.
Timeless pieces that have been in storage are going to be put on display.
Museum Curator Jackie Rawlins said she’s excited about the changes.
“All the archives that we’ve had in the back we’re moving into the museum, we’re trying to reorganize everything and do displays that tell a story,” Rawlins said.
Rawlins is also thinking about the future.
“Have a corner that’s a rotating display of exhibits that come in from other areas hopefully down the road,” Rawlins said.
The museum is expected to be open this May and they are looking for volunteers.
