The Center for Hope opens

The Center for Hope had its ribbon cutting Thursday morning in Idaho Falls.

City leaders stopped by the grand opening and so did people from the community.

The event had barbecue and refreshments for supporters.

The Center for Hope is a nonprofit mostly run by volunteers.

Richard Brigham said he has had struggles with drug addiction in the past and is looking forward to the support.

“Helps people with drugs and people who have mental issues,” Brigham said.
