Gun store burglary suspect arraigned on charges in Madison County

30-year-old Travis Allen Castro was arraigned in Madison County Friday on multiple charges including felony eluding.

Castro was arraigned for the following charges: Eluding a police officer, receiving or disposing of stolen property and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Castro is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on September 7 in Rexburg.

Castro also has charges pending in Bonneville County. Idaho Falls Police have confirmed that he is the suspect of a recent robbery at Guns N Gear and that the vehicle he was driving had also been stolen from HK Contractors, Inc in Idaho Falls. Charges for those crimes have not been filed at this time.
