Police chase ends with truck in Idaho Falls canal
One person is arrested after leading law enforcement on a chase that results in a crash.
Sgt. Bryan Lovell with the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office tells KIFI/KIDK that Idaho Fish and Game attempted to pull a driver over when he took off. He leads officers on a chase before crashing at John Adams Parkway and Crowley in Bonneville County.
Sgt. Lovell said the driver of the car being chased hit a pick-up sending the truck into a canal. No one in the truck was hurt.
The driver who took off was taken to the hospital before being locked up.
No word on any charges.
