Christmas Tree Fantasy returns to Blackfoot
The Christmas Tree Fantasy is underway in Blackfoot this week, and tonight, it’s the traditional tree auction.
Thirty-eight trees with a ‘Rocky Mountain Christmas’ theme are on display and will be sold this evening to the highest bidder. For a small admission fee, you can walk through the displays today and get some ideas for decorating your own tree, or buy some Christmas goodies and avoid the stress of baking.
The tree auction starts at 7 pm. Karole Honas will be there to help, as she has for the last 30 years.
The Christmas Tree Fantasy is located in the home economics building of the Eastern Idaho State Fair. You can’t miss it. Follow the crowd. All the money raised is donated to non-profit organizations in Bingham County.
