Snow, snow, and more snow.

TONIGHT: Snow showers will be present throughout the Tetons, western WY, central ID, and the southeastern Idaho highlands through the night tonight. Valleys should mostly remain clear for the night. Winds will continue to be quite breezy between 15-20 mph with gusts getting up to 30 mph. Low temperatures should only get down to the upper 20's and lower 30's for the early morning on Thursday.

TOMORROW: More widespread heavy snow showers will blanket the entire region from the early morning hours to the early afternoon. We could see some rain showers mixed in with the snow for the valleys especially later in the day. Isolated snow showers will continue into tomorrow night as well, but will be less numerous. Winds will persist between 15-25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. High temperatures get up to the lower to upper 30's for the day.

LONG TERM: There appears to be no end in sight to the snow showers as the snow should continue to come down for the next eight consecutive days. Besides Thursday, another heavier snow day should be on Monday, but overall moderate snowfall should continue over the next week. Snowfall totals after Monday appears to be about a half a foot in the valleys and up to two feet in the more mountainous regions. Windy conditions will keep on coming all the way until at least Tuesday with winds continuing to be between 15-25 mph with gusts much greater than that. During that duration, high temperatures slowly decrease into Christmas with highs in the low 30's. After that day, high's keep on decreasing with high's getting down to the 20's for Sunday and possibly into the teens by the middle of next week.
