Small plane makes emergency landing at Idaho Falls Airport
A small jet made an emergency landing after engine failure.
One of the engines stopped working about five miles from the airport. The jet landed and taxied under its own power without incident.
Emergency crews met the jet but were not needed.
The jet was flying from Sonoma, California. There were two pilots and two passengers aboard. They were stopping in Idaho Falls to pick up a third passenger before continuing on to Waco, Texas.
The cause of the engine failure is unknown.
