KIFI Weather

Our hot weather pattern continues, with high pressure and a bit of monsoonal moisture working into the region from the south. For our Wednesday evening and late-night, we’ll see a few thunderstorms in southeastern Idaho and southwestern Wyoming. Lows overnight will look to bottom out around 60°. We could also see a few isolated thunder storms in the upper Snake River Plain, working back into the Teton Counties in Idaho and Wyoming.

For Thursday, we’ll once again look for highs into the mid to upper 90’s in the Snake River Plain. A few isolated thunderstorms are possible, with winds at 10-15 mph.

An area of low pressure will pass by to our north, for this Friday. That translates to gusty winds for Friday. We’ll see highs in the 94° to 98° range, with winds at 15-30 mph.

Saturday, look for slightly cooler highs closer to 90°. There will be a slight risk for thundershowers with gusty winds in the morning and mid-day.
