Scattered thunderstorms with hot temps in the 90’s

We’re seeing scattered thunderstorms Thursday evening with gusty outflow winds and showers.

OVERNIGHT:

Isolated showers and thunderstorms, with a low in the upper 50’s. Winds at 15-25 mph, with gusts higher, from passing thunderstorms.

FRIDAY:

A chance of showers and thunderstorms after 5pm. Partly cloudy with gusty winds and highs in the lower to mid 90’s.

SATURDAY:

Sunny, with a high in the mid 90’s.

SUNDAY:

Sunny and hot, with highs in the 95° to 100° range

The National Weather Service in Pocatello has issued a Fire Weather Watch for scattered thunderstorms, which is in effect from Friday afternoon through Friday evening. A Red Flag Warning remains in effect until 10 PM MDT this evening for scattered thunderstorms.
