Thousands attend Melaleuca picnic

The annual Melaleuca picnic drew a crowd estimated at about 4,000 employees and their families. Huge inflatable rides, food, big tents for shade were all part of the event, along with a drawing for prizes. C-E-O Frank VanderSloot said the company wanted to give back to employees and provide an opportunity for fun for the families.
