Chelsea Briar joined the Local News 8 and KIDK Eyewitness News 3 team as a reporter and producer in May 2020. She graduated from Ashford University online with a Bachelor of the Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication.

Chelsea aspires to become an investigative journalist for AP News.

She is a mother to one daughter, Sunshyne, and she has 2 cats, Gucci and Prada.

She loves the outdoors and all of the scenic beauty Idaho has to offer.

Chelsea enjoys weight training, dancing, writing, music, movies and spending time in the community with her daughter.
