Jefferson Sheriff: High School Bomb Threat Came From Out Of Area

The Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office said last week?s bomb threat, which prompted the evacuation of about 800 students from Rigby High School, came from an ?out-of-area cell phone.?

The sheriff?s office said it was working with state and federal agencies to track down the person or people behind the incident.

?Charges will be filed against responsible parties when apprehended,? the office said in a news release Tuesday.

No bombs or weapons were found on the campus.
