Pocatello call center to close its doors
Another local call center is closing its doors.
Teleperformance USA confirmed to Local News 8 on Monday that it was closing its facility in Pocatello.
According to an employee who asked not to be identified, this means 50 to 80 workers will be laid off by Jan. 15.
In Idaho Falls, another call center, Mountain West Research, suddenly laid off its workers last week.
