Car slams into cow on I-15
A McCammon woman hit a cow on Interstate 15 near Pocatello on Monday night.
Susan Timpson, 51, was driving a 2001 Chevy Blazer south on the interstate when she hit the cow between the South 5th and Clark Street exits, Idaho State Police said.
Dispatchers at the state police barracks in Pocatello said troopers haven’t figured out from where the cow came.
The left southbound lane was closed for about an hour while the car and cow were removed, ISP said.
Timpson was wearing her seat belt and was not injured in the collision, according to ISP.
