Pocatello man charged with robbery and battery
A 35-year-old Pocatello man is being held in the Bannock County jail after police said he strong-armed money from a woman.
David Andrew Fink was arrested at 12:07 a.m. Sunday on charges of robbery , battery and possession of a controlled substance.
Police said Fink grabbed a woman as she sat in her car in a parking area at 1120 McKinley and demanded she give him money. He said he needed the cash to buy prescription medication.
The woman handed over $180 in cash.
Fink was captured about three hours later at 758 N. 11th St.
