Man robbed in own apartment
A man was robbed in his Idaho Falls apartment early Friday morning.
The victim told police that three men kicked in the door of his apartment on the 2100 block of Meppen just after midnight. One struck him with a wrench, and they got into a fight. The other two joined in the fight.
Just before the men left, they stole the victim’s wallet out of his pocket and his phone. The men left in an unknown direction.
The victim and one of the suspects are believed to be acquaintances. Police did not identify those involved in the incident.
