4 arrested in St. Anthony drug bust

St. Anthony police have arrested two adults and two minors after undercover officers made controlled buys of marijuana.

Police arrested 34-year-old Allen M. Siepert on one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.

Janelle Roseborough, 36, was arrested on a felony charge of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Police Sgt. Terry Harris said one minor was charged with felony charges of delivery of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia and misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.

Another minor was charged with a misdemeanor for frequenting a drug location.

Harris said police and the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant for an apartment at 315 S. First East in St. Anthony on Friday. Harris said the case involved less than a pound of marijuana.
