Man arrested on rape charge

An Idaho Falls man was arrested Wednesday morning on a warrant for rape.

Idaho Falls police said Thursday that Simon A. Rapp, 31, had been under investigation since Oct. 10 after officers learned he had allegedly had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl.
