Police release name of suspect shot in break-in
Pocatello police have released the name of a man they said forcibly entered an apartment on Garfield carrying a weapon and was shot.
Twain N. Thomas, 54, who lives in the Stanford Apartments, was shot by the occupant after he allegedly broke into the apartment around 7:15 a.m. Saturday.
Thomas was shot in the upper torso and underwent surgery at Portneuf Medical Center.When he is released from the hospital, he will be arrested on charges that are still being reviewed by courts, police said.
