IDOC: Inmate walks away from job

The Idaho Department of Correction is searching for a St. Anthony Work Camp inmate who walked away from his job in the community.

At 10:10 p.m.Monday, Frank C. Smith,was reported missing from his job as a night-shift janitor in St. Anthony, authorities said.

Smith’s criminal record includes convictions in Kootenai and Idaho counties for two counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and one count of destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence.

Smith was eligible to be considered for parole onMarch 4, 2015. His full-term release date wasMarch 3, 2018.
