Detailed Forecast for Halloween
The strong cold front has pushed through the region, dropping the temps and keeping us windy! Expect unsettled weather the next couple of days with clouds and some light rain and snow showers especially into the high country. By midweek, high pressure returns across the West and clears us out!
Monday (Halloween), things will slowly calm down as our storm moves east. Count on off-and-on showers in the morning with only a few spotty showers by the afternoon, mainly sticking around near the state line. It will still be breezy, but those should also taper off as the day wears on. Highs cooler in the upper 40’s and 50’s.
Trick-or-Treat Forecast (Monday 4-8 pm): Regional temperatures in the 40’s and low 50’s with winds around 10-20 mph. Chance of showers, but most of it will along the WY/ID state line.
Tuesday, our third and weakest storm slides through bringing partly/mostly cloudy skies and a few scattered showers. Morning fog and low clouds are likely. Highs in the 40’s with moderate breezes.
Wednesday, morning fog possible before clearing skies return by the afternoon. Highs near 50°!
