Crash southbound I-15 north of Inkom

UPDATE: 2:11 p.m. Idaho State Police say a Blackfoot woman was hospitalized shortly after 11:30 a.m. Monday when she crashed her vehicle into a tow truck about 2 miles north of Inkom.

ISP said Sadie Hawker, 21, was traveling southbound on Interstate 15. A tow truck was on the side of the median while the operator was moving a vehicle from an earlier crash. Hawker struck the unoccupied truck and her vehicle came to rest in the lane of travel. The lanes were blocked for about one hour.

Hawker was taken by ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello.

UPDATE 1:01 p.m. Idaho State Police reports all lanes are open and traffic is flowing.

The Idaho State Police is currently on scene of a crash southbound Intestate 15 at milepost 61, just north of Inkom.

ISP asks you use caution.
