Man dies in ATV accident after falling more than 30 feet
The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office reports a 21-year-old man died in an ATV accident at the St. Anthony Sand Dunes around 12:41 p.m. Tuesday.
Officials report Nathan Huber from Mooresville North Carolina was riding a 4 wheeler about one to one and a half miles north of Nine Mile Knolland when he went over a ridge and dropped approximately 30 to 35 feet.
Officials say he impacted the sand and suffered major head trauma.
Lift Flight arrived on scene and started life-saving measures that were unsuccessful.
