One hospitalized after robbery in Idaho Falls

Idaho Falls Police reported Monday a robbery of a person occurred at 12th Street and Hoopes Avenue around 9:55 p.m. Sunday.

Police say one individual was transported to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Officials say the injury was non-gunshot related.

The Idaho Falls Police Department is actively investigating the incident.
