Here’s why there is a pink semi-truck driving around
It’s not every day you see a pink semi-truck headed down the freeway. But keep your eye out, and you might see this one.
Her name is Agatha, and she is on the road to bring attention to breast cancer.
The truck is owned by Western Transport of Idaho Falls.
It’s painted with a message of hope and support for those who are fighting the disease.
The truck has been a part of the Western fleet for the last six years.
Company owners wanted to do something special after several of their employees were fighting cancer battles in their families.
“The fact that we are able to be involved with the community at different charity events and bring awareness and some support to those that are affected by this,” said Autumn Moore, Western Transport.
If you would like to see the truck in person, it will be at the Brake for a Cure event Wednesday at the Teton Cancer Institute at 7 a.m.
