Jeremiah Davis Cox sentenced to 10 years

POCATELLO, Idaho (KIFI) - A Pocatello man is sentenced to 10 years in prison without bail.

Jeremiah Davis Cox is convicted of shooting a man during an altercation last year on Dec. 2.

He will be serving time concurrently for multiple charges.

Cox has until Tuesday, Oct. 31 to appeal his sentence.
