  1. This is a sad situation for all. In early May of this year, Mr. Stone was driving his mother’s car while intoxicated. He lost control and crashed into my property causing about $20K in damages. Speaking to his character he did not stop to see if anyone was injured, he did not alert us to the accident, he fled the scene, left the car at his mother’s house, and went home without without staying to answer for his actions. The police did an excellent job, and were able to find Mr. Stone even after he had fled. Unfortunately because the police did not catch up with him until after he had gotten home and he was not driving they were limited to only being able to charge him with fleeing the scene. To this day he has not taken the time to reach out to us, has not apologized, and has not expressed any regrets other than fleeing the scene. I wish law enforcement had had been given the opportunity to do more this previous May, as now Mr. Stone has terribly hurt Mr. Haddon’s family, and even his own family.
