3 things to do this weekend – December 1, 2023

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - Here are some events going on in your local neighborhood this weekend:

1. Rigby is celebrating their holiday cheer tonight with their annual Christmas Lights Parade. It will kick off at 6:30 p.m. in front of Dollar Tree, go down Main Street and end on Clark Street. You can also do some late night shopping in town or go to Bennion Park to meet Santa after the parade.

2. Ammon's annual Lightapalooza is tomorrow night. The light parade starts at 6 p.m. on East Sunnyside Road and south 25th East and turns left onto Midway Avenue. Those streets will close at 5 p.m. McCowin Park will light up shortly after the parade with live music, food trucks, and even fireworks.

3. Rexburg will host Christmas at Hemming Village tomorrow. There will be festive music, a picture booth trailer, a Santa sleigh-ride with Mrs. Claus, and even live animals from Bear World from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Then, a live Nativity reenactment will begin at 5:30 p.m.
