The Madison Bobcats secure third shutout in six games

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) — The Madison Bobcats traveled south to take on the Skyline Grizzlies, two teams coming off of disappointing losses. As has been the case all season Madison's defense came to play. Skylines defense held strong for nearly 3 quarters until Mace Mortensen broke off a long rushing touchdown to break what was a scoreless tie. Madison would go on to score 14 more points in the 4th quarter and defeat Skyline 21-0. This marks the 3rd shutout in 6 games for the Bobcats, a defense that has allowed 23 total points.

The Bobcats will face the Highland Rams next week at home in Rexburg.

While the Skyline Grizzlies will try and capture the "Emotion Bowl" against the Idaho Falls Tigers next week on Saturday.
