Blackfoot falls to Kuna in 4A championship game
POCATELLO, Idaho (KIFI,KIDK) - Blackfoot will finish as state runner up after falling to Kuna 49-35 in the 4A state title game. The Kavemen are state champs for the first time since 1991.
Broncos started well with Craig Young connecting with Reece Robinson on the first play of the game for a touchdown. Those two would connect again to put Blackfoot up two scores.
Kuna fought its way back. They surprised the Broncos with an onside kick after their first touchdown. They would score on that possession to get back in the game.
