Thunder Ridge beats Madison for first district volleyball championship

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI/KIDK) - Thunder Ridge swept through Madison to win the 5A District 5/6 championship Thursday.

For the Titans, it was the first district title in school history. Madison had won the previous two district championships.

Both teams will be heading to state October 30-31. The 5A tournament will be held at Skyline High School.
