Highland wins 12th straight Black and Blue Bowl with 14-7 victory over Pocatello

POCATELLO, Idaho (KIFI) - Highland took home their 12th straight Black and Blue Bowl Friday night in a 14-7 win over Pocatello.

The Thunder took an early 7-0 lead after Quarterback Hunter May's keeper with six minutes left in the first.

The Rams would answer back with Jackson Riddle scoring two touchdowns in the first half to go into halftime up by seven.

Defense was the MVP of the second half, with both offenses shut out to make a 14-7 final.

The Rams (2-2) are back on the road next Friday traveling to Meridian to take on the Warriors.

The Thunder (2-2) travel to Idaho Falls next Friday to face Hillcrest.
