ISU holds preseason scrimmage at Holt Arena

POCATELLO, Idaho (KIFI) - The Idaho State football team held their team scrimmage on Saturday night at the newly renovated Holt Arena.

Under new head coach Cody Hawkins, the Bengals are trying to find a multitude of starters during fall camp, including at the quarterback position.

Freshman QB Jordan Cooke was a standout in the scrimmage, leading the Bengals on multiple touchdown drives.

The Bengals make their return to the field on Sept. 2 at San Diego State and will make their home debut on Sept. 16 against Northern Iowa.
