All-American Cleaning & Restoration Athlete of the Week – Rhev Stucki – Oct. 22, 2026

POCATELLO, Idaho (KIFI) – Rhev Stucki is the quarterback of the Pocatello Thunder football team. It is no secret they've had a rough go of it; they were 1-6 heading into a match-up against 4-3 Blackfoot this past Friday, October 16th. Rhev and the Poky Thunder rose to occasion, and defeated the Broncos 41-34. Rhev's outstanding performance in this game earned him the All-American Cleaning & Restoration Athlete of the Week nod.

In the win over Blackfoot, Stucki completed just under 90 percent of his passes for 356 yards, 5 passing touchdowns, and 1 rushing touchdown. 6 total touchdowns for the Junior signal caller. Rhev gives credit to the team around him for how they played.

"Our O-line played a very good game. They gave me a lot of time back there in the pocket," he said. "A lot of our success is because of our O-line... our receivers, they're making big plays, and yeah, our offense was just rolling."

Head coach of the Thunder, Dave Spillett, knows that while scoring 6 total touchdowns is rare in a single game, Rhev has been playing at a high level all year.

“Rhev has been this good all year. Obviously, six touchdowns is pretty remarkable," coach Spillett said. "That doesn't happen very often at all. But Rhev makes these plays look routine."

One of Stucki's main targets in this game was Caden Butterfield. Stucki found Butterfield 6 times in the game for 94 yards and 4 touchdowns. Stucki says this connection with Butterfield has been around for a long time.

"Me and Caden have been best friends for a long time, ever since elementary school," he said. "He's always been one of my receivers, and I've always thrown the ball to him, and it's nice to have him. If I throw it to him, I know there's a good chance he's coming down with it."

Rhev and the Thunder will close out their regular season Friday, October 23rd against Century.
